Features Coming Soon to Swift Dispatch

Starting in 2024, Swift is releasing features with you in mind. Swift Dispatch helps our carriers be more efficient and optimize the time spent under the rack.

Our upcoming features aim to improve your experience every time you load, therefore saving you more time.

Electronically upload trailer certifications and remotely see the driver's status with ONEOK Refined. Additionally, Swift will release several services that make loading at ONEOK Refined Terminals the preferred experience.

Swift Dispatch: Trailers & Drivers: Q2 2024

This release enables carriers to manage hundreds of drivers and trailers with ease. This new service is designed to provide carriers with better visibility to give them better control over their fleet, making it a valuable addition to carrier operations.

 

For Trailer Management

  • Upload the digital trailer certification once and assign them to all of our terminals that trailer uses, so drivers no longer need to bring paper copies to each terminal.
  • Create trailers with the appropriate compartment volumes and assign them to terminals.
  • Visibility of the status of each trailer remotely
  • Update trailer certifications and effective dates each year

 

For Drivers

  • Visibility to each driver that has been onboarded at our terminals.
  • All Driver onboarding happens at the terminal. Swift gives Carriers visibility on the status and which terminals each driver is assigned.

 

Exciting New Features

  • Create trailers and upload certifications
  • Set the effective dates of the trailers so Swift can remind you when the trailer needs to be re-certified.
  • View Drivers to see if your portal is missing any.

Qualifications:
  1. You're have never done business with Magellan.
  2. You have NOT signed Magellan's System Service Agreement ("SSA") and the Carrier Agreement ("CA").
Next Step:
  1. Click to enroll as a Magellan customer.
    • You will sign both the SSA and CA.
    • You will need your company's FEIN number.
  2. Once enrolled, continue onto Swift Dispatch to upload certification and/or see a driver's status at Magellan terminals.

What Dispatchers are Saying

This offering is first-of-its kind! Trailers & Drivers saves my drivers and dispatchers so much time.  Drivers now upload their annual trailer certification to Magellan Swift.  They no longer have to bring it to the terminal and hand it to a Magellan terminal operator who then has to upload it to Magellan. Second, as a dispatcher, the ability to see a driver's status at Magellan terminals saves a lot of time and reduces awkward conversations.  It lets me pick drivers that are in good standing, and therefore, have efficient loads at the Magellan racks.  I cannot wait for this product to continue to enhance!
