Our upcoming features aim to improve your experience every time you load, therefore saving you more time.
Electronically upload trailer certifications and remotely see the driver's status with Magellan. Additionally, Magellan will release several services that make loading at Magellan the preferred experience.

New Magellan Carrier
Qualifications:
- You're have never done business with Magellan.
- You have NOT signed Magellan's System Service Agreement ("SSA") and the Carrier Agreement ("CA").
Next Step:
- Click to enroll as a Magellan customer.
- You will sign both the SSA and CA.
- You will need your company's FEIN number.
- Once enrolled, continue onto Swift Dispatch to upload certification and/or see a driver's status at Magellan terminals.
Re-Certify & Enroll
Qualifications:
- You have NOT signed Magellan's System Service Agreement ("SSA") and the Carrier Agreement ("CA").
- You're an existing Magellan customer. You're doing business today.
Next Step:
- Click to sign both the SSA and CA and re-enroll (You will need your company's FEIN number.)
- Once re-enrolled, continue onto Swift Dispatch to upload certification and/or see a driver's status at Magellan terminals.
Already Re-Certified
Qualifications:
- Your company HAS signed Magellan's System Service Agreement ("SSA") and the Carrier Agreement ("CA").
- You're an existing Magellan customer. You're doing business today.

This offering is first-of-its kind! Trailers & Drivers saves my drivers and dispatchers so much time. Drivers now upload their annual trailer certification to Magellan Swift. They no longer have to bring it to the terminal and hand it to a Magellan terminal operator who then has to upload it to Magellan. Second, as a dispatcher, the ability to see a driver's status at Magellan terminals saves a lot of time and reduces awkward conversations. It lets me pick drivers that are in good standing, and therefore, have efficient loads at the Magellan racks. I cannot wait for this product to continue to enhance!
