Why Use the Two-Party Exchange?

  • Upon mutual agreement of the two partners in the Two-Party Exchange, we will report to ExStars on your behalf each month.
  • ExSTARS is a fuel reporting system developed with the cooperation of the IRS, the U.S. Department of Transportation, States, and the Motor Fuel Industry. The system details the movement of any liquid product into or out of an IRS-approved terminal.

The Commercial Technology team will continue to share Swift products and its functionality and purpose with you.

We will promote product tutorials, screenshots, and video demos inside Swift to bring product awareness, information, and education. We aim for you to transition your business to Swift from ATLAS.
